Learning outcomes
After completing this module the student is able to
- Understand the underlying factors to environmental problems and the different perspectives required to solve them, including technology, environmental policy and decision-making.
- Design environmental technology processes, especially in water and waste technology
- Apply environmental technologies and practices to promote sustainable development in communities and industries
- Critically analyze information, draw conclusions, and present the results both orally and in writing
- Communicate and collaborate in working life and scientific activities
- Work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
